I have been developing and implementing tools and systems to solve operational problems for businesses since the start of my career.

I left France for the UK in 1989, where I worked in local government and then in the private sector. I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. During a one-year work experience at a large convention hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, I discovered my skill for motivating a multi-cultural team to deliver first class customer service.

After graduating, I worked for 10 years as a manager for a local government body in the UK, developing expertise in project management, human resources, system implementation and event organization.

My next adventure took me to the Kingdom of Bahrain, a small and vibrant island located in the Gulf, where I overhauled HR policies in order to meet the evolving needs of the business and to promote consistency in personnel procedures in a large civil contracting group.  I then led a change management process in the operations of a family-owned international law firm, subsequent to a merger.

Having moved back to Europe, I am now sharing my time between the UK and Greece, taking my work and my valued clients with me on my travels. Like a true digital nomad, I work from wherever I am, using technology and the internet.

Over the past few years, I have worked with my clients on various handbooks and procedure manuals, including data protection; more recently, I have been assisting with digital solutions and their online presence.
