I have been developing and implementing systems to solve operational problems for businesses since the start of my career.
I left France for the UK in 1989, where I worked in local government and then in the private sector. I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. During a one year work experience at a large convention hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, I discovered my skill for motivating a multi-cultural team to deliver first class customer service.
After graduating, I worked for 10 years as a manager for a local government body in the UK, developing expertise in project management, human resources, system implementation and event organization.
My next adventure took me to the Kingdom of Bahrain, a small and vibrant island located in the Gulf, where I overhauled HR policies in order to meet the evolving needs of the business and to promote consistency in personnel procedures in a large civil contracting group and led a change management process in the operations of a family owned international law firm, subsequent to a merger.
I recently moved back to Europe, and I am sharing my time between the UK and Greece, taking my work and my valued clients with me on my travels. Using tools such as Skype and OneDrive, I work from wherever I am.
